What is your appointment no-show and cancellation policy?We understand that unforeseen circumstances or challenges may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, it's important to note that missed appointments can have a negative impact on treatment progress and prevent other customers from receiving timely care. Therefore, we have implemented the following no-show and cancellation policy: Notice period: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Rebooking missed appointments: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, we will not charge you a fee and help you rebook it at no additional cost Limited number of missed appointments: If you miss more than one appointment without sufficient prior notice we will not charge you a fee, but if you would like to schedule a replacement appointment, there will be an additional cost associated with it We appreciate your cooperation with this policy as it allows us to offer timely and effective care to all our customers and their families.

How can I cancel my Pery subscription?Subscriptions are monthly based. If you no longer need Pery, or it’s simply not working for you, email us at [email protected] with the words “cancel subscription” in the subject line up to 48 hours before the applicable renewal date. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next month; however, your current subscription will remain in place for the remainder of the current month.
